What sizes do the Dazzling Doggie Duvets come in?

Dazzling Doggie Duvet comes in 3 sizes: 2 pillow (27" x 30"), 3 pillow (42" x 30"), and 6 pillow (42" x 60"). Please refer to our sizing chart on each product page to find the best fit for your pet.

Are the covers machine-washable?

Absolutely! All of our duvets and pillow pockets are machine washable. Simply remove the duvet and wash it on a gentle cycle. Remove pillows as needed and wash the pockets. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for best results. The American Kennel Club recommends washing your pet's bed once a week—and we make it easy by including two duvets. Use one while the other is in the wash!

Can I customize my Duvet with specific colors or patterns?

We offer a variety of colors and patterns to suit different tastes. Custom options may be available depending on fabric stock—feel free to contact us to discuss any special requests.

What materials are used in the Duvets?

Our duvets are crafted from recycled washable upholstery fabric and cotton. We are always exploring new sustainable materials to continue improving our offerings. We prioritize natural and hypoallergenic materials to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for your pet.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped shortly thereafter. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping rates and times may vary based on location, and additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's policies.

What if my Duvet arrives damaged?

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If your Duvet arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at Dazzlingdoggieduvet@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange for a replacement.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Non-returnable items include gift cards and personalized or custom orders.

How do I return my item?

To initiate a return, please contact us at Dazzlingdoggieduvet@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How long does the refund process take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Can I exchange a defective or damaged item?

Do you offer a warranty?

Dazzling Doggie Duvet proudly offers a 1 year warranty on any manufactured defects. As long as you are registered, you can send the item back and it will be replaced at no charge. If the material is discontinued, you can choose from our current available duvets or pillow pockets.
